11/26/2012 : This update allows for the display of control 2516 on Exhibit A-1. Although this is NOT GASB, TEA shows this in their example. While you were able to print EXHIBIT A-1 with 2516 on it, you could NOT create the AUDIT-DATA FEED. This is now possible.

11/08/2012 : This update corrects the title for Fund 287 Education Jobs Fund which is displayed in the Exhibits in the Report Generator.

10/28/2012 : This update provides the revised AUDIT PROGRAM for the Audit Program Generator for Release 16A and for Release 16P. It also corrects an error in the Report Generator which occurred when editing the Schedule L for Release 16A, Release 16B and Release 16R.

10/25/2012 : This update adds codes for special items and extraordinary items in the Proprietary Type Funds in the Report Generator. There is also a corection in the Trial Balance Program to the Prior Year Current Year file creation. All data from the prior year is combined over different fiscal years that may be in the file. Similarly, all data used in the comparison for the current year is combined into a single account regardless of different fiscal years.

10/25/2012 : This update corrects the AUDIT DATA FEED so that the row 9000 column 31 on Exhibit J-1 comes in correctly.

10/19/2012 : This update corrects the dates for Exhibits J-1 and J-3 in the Exhibits file data source. If you have already created your data files in the report generator, you will have to edit these dates when you print the exhibits. There is also a change in the print routine for one version of the Combining Statements for Exhibits H-4 and H-7. The Change in Net Assets label now prints correctly for all versions.

09/19/2012 : This update adds budget and prior year files for Trust Funds (Private Purpose, Investment Trust and Pension Trust) for use in the individual fund exhibits. If you have already creaeted the data files for trust funds in the Report Generator, you will need to Recreate the data files for the TRUST FUNDS ONLY.

08/20/2012 : This update incorporates some changes on the print out for the MOE compliance test for IDEA B reflecting information provided last week from T.E.A.

We have also completed many of the conpliance program revisions in the Audit Program Generator to be sure it includes information from the June, 2012, Circular A-133 Compliance Supplement. We will continue to work on these and get them to you as soon as possible.

07/10/2012 : There has been a SIGNIFICANT change in the way T.E.A. is calculating the MOE tests for both IDEAB and NCLB. The new Division of Federal Compliance has advised that they will not initially calculate MOE using expenditures from Fund 287 in addition to those from 199 and 266. They do say, however, that if you are found noncompliant you can respond to them and provide the analysis using fund 287. This update allows you to run these tests BOTH ways in the Trial Balance program.

There has been a change in the Indirect Cost Schedule - Exhibit J-2. A line for 6214 Lobbying has been added. If you have already created this exhibit, you MUST recreate it and reimport the data to add this information.

04/26/2012 : This update adds the Compliance Audit Program for the Food Service Cluster in the Audit Program Generator. It also correct the name of the Audit Data Feed file created in the Report Generator Program.
