The Complete Package for AUDIT-L.E.A. contains the Report Generator Program, the Trial Balance Program, and the Audit Program Generator. The price for the complete package is $100 less than if all three programs (described below) are purchased separately.

The Release B package contains the Report Generator and the Trial Balance programs. The Audit Program Generator is not included.

The Report Generator Program is completely compliant with the GASB reporting model requirements. The most important feature of this is the Conversion and Consolidation System as described on the previous page and the procedure for creating the PDF and Audit Data Feed files required by T.E.A..

This component of AUDIT-L.E.A. works with trial balance information obtained from the school district and, for prior users, information from last year's trial balance files. The Trial Balance Program has many features. The ASCII Conversion Program, which is a part of the TRIAL BALANCE PROGRAM, converts the ASCII file obtained from the school district's system to a database file to be used by AUDIT-L.E.A..

This program generates a planning and pre-fieldwork program, an audit program, an internal control questionnaire based on the AICPA's Audit and Accounting Guide Audits of State and Local Governments, standard documents such as engagement letters, and comprehensive compliance programs for federally funded and TEA mandated programs.
